Project Specialities: Vacuum excavation in Tree Protection Zones, small site with minimal operating space.

Environmental: Working around tree protection zones.

Value Engineering: Techniques for excavating within the tree protection zone.

Client Feedback: Greatly assisted the Site Manger with forward thinking and planning, the weekly programmes helped complete the first phase early.

Project Specialities: Contaminated land, small site with minimal operating space.

Environmental: Archaeological watching brief.

Value Engineering: Following GI, further sampling to accurately identify the contaminated area, thus reducing the cost of removal and quantity to landfill.
Reduce requirement of the toe for the brickwork with amended slab levels.
